Eligibility

Students must possess a valid California learner’s permit, driver’s license, or other legally required documentation before participating in driving lessons. Students under 18 may require parental or guardian consent as required by California law.

Scheduling and Payments

Payment is required before lessons or packages are scheduled. A California Driving School currently accepts payment through PayPal and Zelle.

All prices, lesson packages, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments for lessons, packages, and services are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson without refund. Students who fail to appear for a scheduled lesson will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

Follow all instructor directions and safety instructions.
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Provide accurate information when registering for services.
Arrive on time for scheduled lessons.
Maintain a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license as required.
A California Driving School reserves the right to terminate a lesson if a student engages in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Driving involves inherent risks. While A California Driving School strives to provide safe and professional instruction, we cannot guarantee specific driving test results, licensing outcomes, or individual performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A California Driving School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials, is the property of A California Driving School and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
